I've had back problems for years, being thrown off horses, motorcycles, ten years of ER nursing, I've just upped the abuse over the last few months with extra house cleaning, lifting a motorcycle, More house cleaning, then wearing tons  of skirts, hoops and petticoats, my back decided enough was enough. So back to the spine doctor. As long as I don't stand sit walk for long periods of time I'm okay. It will get better have a steroid injection scheduled. Who is this??
